Overview
Reticulation & Waterwise Irrigation
Perth gardens live or die on reticulation. We design zones around what is actually planted — lawn separate from beds, sun separate from shade — so nothing is drowned to keep something else alive, and we program the controller to your roster days before we leave.

What is included
- New system design & install Zoned by plant type and aspect, with pressure calculated rather than guessed.
- Bore & scheme water systems Filtration and pressure regulation sized to your supply.
- Dripline to garden beds Subsurface dripline under mulch: far less evaporation, no wet leaves, no overspray onto limestone.
- Smart controller setup Wi-Fi controller with rain skip, programmed to your roster days and seasonal adjustment.
- Repairs & solenoid faults Station not firing, wire breaks, valve leaks, sprinkler-head replacement across the metro area.
Two days a week is plenty — if the system is honest
Under the Water Corporation sprinkler roster most households water twice a week, with a total sprinkler ban through winter. That is genuinely enough for an established Perth garden, provided each station runs long enough to wet the full root zone rather than three short bursts that never get past the top 30mm. We run a catch-cup test on lawn stations, set the times from the result, and leave you a printed schedule on the controller door.
How pricing works
Every job is priced after a free on-site visit, never over the phone from a guess. You get an itemised, fixed quote in writing before anything starts, and the number you agree to is the number you pay.

Reticulation FAQs
Can you fix a system you did not install?
Yes, that is a good share of our retic work. We map the existing stations, find the fault, and give you the option of a repair or a staged upgrade.
What are the current watering days?
Water Corporation assigns two days per week by your street number, with a total ban from 1 June to 31 August. We program the controller to your days and label it so nobody has to remember.
Is dripline worth it in garden beds?
In Perth, clearly yes. Under mulch it puts water at the roots instead of into the air, which usually cuts bed water use by about half and keeps limestone free of orange overspray marks.
