A garden that was worth building is worth keeping. Our maintenance clients get the same two people each visit, a fixed monthly price, and a short photo report so you know what was done even if you were at work.

- Hedging & pruning Shaped on a schedule that suits each species rather than all at once in autumn.
- Weed & pest control Spot spraying, and early treatment for the lawn beetle and army worm damage we see every summer.
- Fertilising programme Four seasonal applications, wetting agent through summer, matched to your soil and turf type.
- Reticulation health check Every visit: heads checked, coverage confirmed, seasonal run-times adjusted.
The summer jobs Perth gardens fail without
Two things kill more Perth lawns than drought: hydrophobic sand that repels water no matter how long the retic runs, and African black beetle larvae chewing the roots out from underneath in late summer. Our care plans include a wetting agent through the hot months and a preventative beetle treatment in early summer, which is far cheaper than re-turfing in March.

Every job is priced after a free on-site visit, never over the phone from a guess. You get an itemised, fixed quote in writing before anything starts, and the number you agree to is the number you pay.

Am I locked into a contract?
No. Care plans run month to month and you can pause over winter or stop with two weeks’ notice.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have side access we will do the visit and email you the photo report afterwards.
Do you take on gardens you did not build?
Absolutely — most of our maintenance clients came to us that way. The first visit takes a little longer while we get on top of it, and we tell you upfront if that applies.
